What are the AI agents and what do they do?
SUITE1 includes module-specific AI agents: a Task Agent for creating and organizing work, a Chat Agent for communication summaries and drafts, an Accounting Agent for financial categorization and anomaly detection, an HR Agent for policy questions and leave analysis, and a Reporting Agent for generating business reports from plain-English requests.
Does SUITE1 monitor employees or track keystrokes?
SUITE1 does not include keystroke logging. Time logs, attendance, screenshots, and live screen monitoring are configurable features controlled by company settings. Screenshot and live monitoring features are optional and should be enabled transparently based on company policy. The goal is operational clarity, not micromanagement.
Is SUITE1 available for self-hosting?
Yes. SUITE1 offers an on-premises / self-hosted deployment option for businesses that need to keep their data on their own infrastructure. Self-hosting is priced separately — contact us for details.
