Why we built SUITE1
Most small and medium businesses run on a combination of Slack for communication, Trello or Jira for tasks, some HR software for employee management, QuickBooks or Xero for accounting, and a spreadsheet for everything else. Each tool works reasonably well in isolation. But none of them talk to each other.
The result is familiar: you can't see how project delays affect cash flow. You can't tell which clients are actually profitable. You can't answer "who's working on what right now" without opening three apps. Decisions get made on gut feeling instead of operational reality. And every new tool you add makes it worse.
SUITE1 was built to fix this — not by building another project management tool or another chat app, but by connecting all of it into one system where your operational and financial data live together.

Screenshot capture and live monitoring are optional features that must be explicitly enabled by company settings. Operational clarity and employee trust are not opposites.
