What is included in the $6/user/month plan?

Everything. All 15 modules — Projects & Tasks, Team Communication, Time Logs & Insights, HR & Employee Management, Payroll, Accounting & Finance, Sales, Purchases & Vendors, Banking, Employee Portal, Client Portal, Reports & Insights, AI Agents, Integrations & Automation, Administration & Security — are included in the beta plan. On-premises/self-hosting is a separate deployment option, priced separately.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is $4.80 per user per month — 20% off the monthly rate. That's $57.60 per user per year vs $72 billed monthly. You save $14.40 per user per year.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 15 days free, no credit card required. Full access to all modules from day one.

What happens after the trial?

At the end of your trial you can choose to continue at $6/user/month (monthly) or $4.80/user/month (annual) or stop. We'll send you a reminder before the trial ends. No automatic charges without your action.

Can I add or remove users during the month?

Yes. Billing is based on active users and adjusts monthly. Add users when the team grows, remove when someone leaves.

Does self-hosting cost extra?

Yes. The on-premises / self-hosted deployment is not included in the $6/user/month cloud plan. It is priced separately. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss self-hosting options for your team.
