By accessing or using SUITE1, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

SUITE1 is a connected business operations platform that provides project management, team communication, time logging, HR management, accounting, reporting, AI agents, and administrative tools for small and medium businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use SUITE1, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

SUITE1 offers a paid subscription at $6 per user per month (beta pricing). A 15-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SUITE1 for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to SUITE1. By using our platform, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service. We will not sell your data or use it for purposes other than operating SUITE1.

7. Intellectual Property

SUITE1 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SUITE1 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or outages in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

SUITE1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to SUITE1 will cease. You may export your data before terminating your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of SUITE1 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
